Store Redesign


Enable users to purchase coins or subscriptions without disrupting* their in app experience. Provide international users access to payment options more common to their regions–i.e. bank transfer, pay-by-check, direct deposit.

*The most common user journey for hitting a paywall, is when a user begins or receives a chat request. Prior to the Store Redesign, users who opted to unlock chat–through subscriptions or coins–were taken out their experience to a separate screen in which they had to navigate a jungle gym storefront with no visual continuity to the experience they initially came from.
